Herein, the synthesis of macroaggregated albumin particles was carried out under different conditions for size optimization that can be used in Magnetic resonance and fluorescence imaging. The distribution analysis performed with Mastersizer optimized MAA had 31.57 µm 0.36 PDI value. Morphological done SEM. EDX FT-IR analyzes were by forming Eu3+ Tb3+ complexes MAA. lungs liver imaging have been successfully obtained.
